Campground Rules
All RV’s, Travel Trailers, or Motorhomes that occupy a campsite, must comply with the campground rules and regulations below and are welcomed solely at the discretion of the campground.
o Only traditional, late model recreational vehicles are allowed unless approved by the campground.
o Only one RV, Travel Trailer, or Motorhome and two vehicles per campsite is permitted. Vehicles must fit within your campsite. Additional parking may be available upon request on a first come/first serve basis.
o All vehicles operated within the campground must be licensed, insured, and operated by a licensed driver.
o No smoking inside any campground building. Do not throw cigarette/cigar butts on the ground.
o Parents should accompany children under 16 at all times and are responsible for their children’s actions and safety.
o Place all trash in a secure bag and place bag in the dumpster located near the camp office. DO NOT LITTER
o Disorderly conduct and obscene language will not be tolerated.
o NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE
o NO ALCOHOL USE OUTSIDE OF YOUR CAMPSITE.
o No oil changes, major repair work, or washing of vehicles or RVs on sites or in RV Park.
o Campfires and fireworks are not allowed.
o Keep your site clean and clutter free.
o Respect your neighbors, their area, their property, and park property. Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused to the sites and park property.
o Do not attach or tie anything to trees. No clotheslines allowed
o No permanent structures are allowed to be erected at your campsite.
o Guests and Visitors must abide by all campground rules. Guests are responsible for their visitor’s.
o Shady Point RV Park shall not be liable for accidents or injuries to Campers, their family members, guests, or invitees that may occur within the Campground. Campers will indemnify and hold Shady Point RV Park harmless against all claims thereof. Likewise, Shady Point RV Park is not liable for damaged or lost property resulting from fire, theft, wind, floods, or any cause whatsoever.
PET RULES
o All pets must have a valid Rabies Certificate. (Present upon check in)
o Keep all pets on leash and under control when outside your RV.
o Pets may be tied outside ONLY if you stay outside with them. Pets may not be left outdoors unattended.
o Bathroom duties must be confined to your site or grassy areas only AND picked up immediately and disposed.
o Do not feed your pets outside of your RV.
o Excessive barking and/or aggression will not be tolerated and will result in eviction from the park.
Due to insurance liability policy, the following Breeds are not allowed at Shady Point RV Park.
Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinscher, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Cane Corso, Bull Terrier, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dogo Argentino, Boerboel, Basenji, or any other traditionally aggressive breeds.
